2-sheet mailers
Sending two sheets per envelope?
Printing and folding are charged per sheet. A sheet printed front and back is still one sheet, so it’s one fold. Two separate sheets are two folds. Everything going into the same envelope is one stuffing charge. Two sheets plus the envelope stay under 1 ounce, so one Forever stamp still covers it.
Want them stapled? Choose top left, top right, or three staples down the left side. Staples are $0.02 each.
Payment: A 50% down payment is due upfront before I start your order, and the rest is due when your order is ready. I take Venmo, cash or check. Most orders are ready in 3–4 business days. All sales are final: no cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.

Do the envelopes have to be #10?
No. #10 (4⅛ × 9½ in) is what I keep in stock, so it’s the fastest. If you need another size, ask and I’ll get it for your order.
What paper do you print on?
Staples Premium Bright White inkjet paper: 8.5 × 11 in, 24 lb and 98 bright. It’s a little heavier and brighter than everyday copy paper.
Is one stamp enough for what I’m mailing?
A Forever stamp covers a standard First-Class letter up to 1 ounce, which is about four sheets of 24 lb paper plus the envelope, so 1- and 2-sheet mailers need just one stamp. Heavier letters need extra postage.
Can I bring my own pages to be folded?
Yes. Tri-folding is $0.10 a sheet whether I printed it or you bring it in. A sheet printed front and back is still one fold. I can stuff pages into envelopes if I folded them or if they arrive already folded.

Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. A 50% down payment is due upfront before I start on your order. The remaining 50% is due when your order is ready.

How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready in 3–4 business days. I’ll text you when yours is ready.
What happens after I send my order?
I’ll text you back to confirm your order, your total and your 50% down payment. Once the down payment comes in, I get started.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
All sales are final. Because every order is printed and stamped just for you, I can’t offer cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.
What if a letter doesn’t get delivered?
I’m the envelope pusher, not the mail carrier. I’ll make sure every envelope leaves my hands stamped, addressed and ready to go, but once it’s in the mail, the Postal Service takes it from there. I can’t be responsible for mail that comes back or doesn’t arrive because of an outdated or incorrect address, a move, or a postal delay. Give your list a good look before you send it, and I’ll double-check it before I print.

What happens when stamp prices go up?
Forever stamps stay good for a 1 oz letter no matter what they cost later, so envelopes you buy now keep working. My prices may change when the stamp price changes.
